But there are few minuses: you flat can be small, there are many neighbours, who can make you feel you uncomfortable.
Life in your own house is big private territory, also private garden, private parking outside or in garage. There no neigbours or a small number of them. The air is clean. Ther is no noize. The woods where you can walk are everywhere.
