Unfortunately, I cannot take part in that art festival. Forgive me but I will be not in the city this time. I've already planned to visit a concert of my favorite dream-pop musician in Moscow.

Dear Boris,
I've recently read your text on the U-19 football championship. I am writing this letter to express that I'm not agreeing with the way you described the situation. Organizing committee asked me to share their concernment about it.
Sure, they are not doing as well as expected, but they are still tried to do it as great as possible. Obviously, the football fans said the organization was great. I just think that you should have to write not as critical as you did. Probably you'll accept my position.

Dear Paul,
