To begin with, I want you to know that nowadays sport and health is couple of most important things. Today, there are many ways to look healthy healthy. The sport is a part of the activities of successful people. Many well-known businessmans say that sports help them keep themselves in shape and charge for a wonderful, productive day, aimed at success.

But what if you do not have much time and desire to go in for sports? For this already exists specialized medicine. For example, plastic surgery is gaining momentum in popularity. It helps people look young and strength, even if the person is not particularly athletic. Also, now there are many techniques and all kinds of drugs, for example, for losing weight. In our country, the influence of such medicine is growing. Many cosmetic centers are opened, which are popular. In Russia, such medicine is considered an expensive pleasure.

To some up, I'd like to say that looking fit is great. I am not the follower of looking fit by medicine but of the doing to be fit! Let's be healthy and happy!

To begin with, I'd like to compare two pictures. As we can see the left one was made before the enviromental problems.

Actually, there's a lot of to see in these pictures. First of all, the visual appearance of the shade of air really does make a sense. On the left we can see fresh and clean air, like in Switzerland Alps. But on the right one we can see almost polluted by some disease air. Secondly, I want you to see the situation with this yards accomplishment. On the first picture we can see completely amazing yard with an amazing conditions to live. Look at those trees and kid's playgrounds. That's like a piece of paradise. On the second picture we can see a yard filled with cars.

Talking about enviromental problems in Russia, I want to make sure there are a lot of industrial cities with the worst ecology. For example, the most polluted city in the world placed in Russia. It's named Norilsk, lokated In Krasnoyarskiy region. Here is the mining and metallurgical plant "Norilsk Nickel". It is this enterprise, which is mining a lot of elements from periodic table, so it is causes extreme pollution of the environment. Almost 2000 tons of harmful components fall into the biosphere during the year. And this is not the end. There are dozens of cities like that.

To some up, I want to live on the planet as on the first picture, because I am sure that life like on the second picture is not our prospery future!

At the beginning, Internet is the global web all around the Earth. Firstly it s develope in 1960s by Joseph Licklayder. By then he made first detailed concept of net. 

By 1971, the first program to send e-mail on the network was developed. This program immediately became very popular.

In 1973, the first foreign organizations from Great Britain and Norway were connected to the network via a transatlantic telephone cable, the network became international.

By 2015 net reached 3.3B of users.

Now the internet is consist of infinite amount of information. You can use it to study, to chat and for entertainment.

Nowadays internet-Entertainment made of  Youtube, facebook, vk, snapchat and more. Today many of us are actually addicted of social media.

Internet gain more and more users and becoming even popular than TV an radio. For example it’s more interestid to watch films in net in case of less amount of ads. Internet caused peopleto share the information. People know the truth. That’s why government try to ban it.

There was a family of four wonderful and versatile, Mr and Mrs Porter and their children. Mr Porter worked in an office and spent as much as 6 days a week there. He returned home too late. He had a grat hobby. Mr Porter collected mail stamps. His wife and his children took no interest in this hobby. His wife didn’t work for many years. She was fond of talking and never thought of her husband’s wishes, so she was old and disgusty woman. His children did the same. Then, one day Mr Porter didn't stand it more and left his home and never returned more. Besides, nobody knew where he was. At the beginning I firstly want to describe Jhn F. Kennedy who was 35th president of United States. He was born in 1917. After the war Kennedy started his own political career.   On January 2, 1960, Kennedy announced his candidacy for the president's election. . He was such a good president until his assassination during the visit in Dallas, Texas.Traveling in a presidential motorcade through downtown, he was shot in the back and in the head.

 Secondly, I want to describe activist who was born 1955. His name is Steve Jobs and he's originator of company that capitalization is near $1trillion. Apple was an ordinary company which created first MP3 player with 160GB storage called IPod. Now Apple's bestseller is IPhone.

Third respected human is Elizabeth II – the greatest queen of the UK. She’s actually the most long-reigned monarch. She’s respected by 69% britains believe that without the monarchy, the country would be worse;

The next famous human is scientist and writer. Furthermore, He’s russian. His name is Michael Lomonosov was born in central Russia, in a wealthy family. He escaped from his famili to join university. He is admired for his great discoveries in physics and chemistry, as well as for the exotic poems.

At the beggining l want to compare Mr.Lomonosov and Mr.Franklin. First of all, I'd like to say that they were absolutely different. For example, Lomonosov was born in central Russia, in a wealthy family. However, Franklin was born into an emigrant family from England, who made candles and soap. Furthermore Franklin educated himself, his father had financial opportunity to pay only for 2 years of education. Unlike Franklin, Lomonosov did not only study physics, but also chemistry, history, philology, astronomy and mechanics. Both of them were associated with literature. Franklin, however,wrote about rights, communicative and economic studies. At the same time, Lomonosov wrote poems, philosophical thoughts, studies of sciences like physics, chemistry and economics.

To begin with, on both of pictures I can see a group of people that are doing a common deal. On the first picture people are playing volleyball.

Also on the first picture I see that these teams are having rest by playing. In the center of the field we can see the attacker. Moreover Behind the players we can see three people who can be joined to the game.

Furthermore,I’ve noticed that the field isn’t take much preparation for the game. It can be understood that this  group of people is a family that came to rest in a national park. Apart from men, wearing T-shirts and shorts, I can see two girls dressed as well as boys, but they’re wearing white hats. Clearly the sun is bright and girls are protecting themselves apart of sunstroke. Especially, I can feel the happiness of this family as they are so passionate about this game that it seems they will play until the evening.

On the second picture we can see 4 students which are concerned about something. As we can see they are in IT-lab. The girl in front of the picture figured out something funny during internet surfing. Everybody paid attention except a guy who's face we can see behind.  He's probably very busy of laughing.

 In brief, when I look at this picture I can feel summer light velvet breeze when I had been walking around my neibourhood until a sunset.

Online excursion

The city of London is just a small part of modern day London. The city as we know it constitutes the ancient city that was established nearly 2000 years ago.

Look on the right side and you will see the standing guard over the city of London since 1066 and the succesful invasion of  William the Conqueror, the tower of London stands as a powerful reminder  of it's turbulent past as a fortress and a state prison.  
Today the tower of London is a wonderful attraction housing royal armour, the Crown Jewels and home to the Tower Ravens. 
Legend say that should the ravens leave the tower, the country will fall.
 The london knows how rich it culture is  and combines Ancient and modern.

And Now we can see London eye which is the tallest observation wheel in the world.
 A single rotation takes 30 minutes. 7 years and hundreds of labours were required to make  a london eye a reality.

So, lets's teleport to Scotland

Many of Scottish items as kilts, tartans and backpipes were actually developed not in Scotland. Kilts appeared in Ireland, tartans have been found in central Europe and backpipes came from ancient Central Asia. 

Let me attend you to this scotland flag! It is a white x-shaped cross of the patron  of Scotland, St. Andrew on a blue field.

Here we are! The most expessive part of our trip! Falkirk wheel which is the only rotating boat lift in the world!

Talking about strange things in Scotland I also want to mention 1.7 mile trip by the PLANE! It is the shortest sceluded flight in the world from Westray to Papa Westray in the Orkney islands.

Let's move to south and here is Wales - a tiny but great country.  Wales is an incredibly interesting country with rich heritage, colorful traditions and travel destinations that make both kids and adults dream of visiting this part of the United Kingdom.

Let's start with Walesh flag which is consist of a red dragon passant on a green and white field. It is the oldest national flag and it was used by many ancient celtic leaders.

Furthermore, Wales offers stunning landscapes that simply take your breath away. There are castles everywhere! There are 600 castles in the whole Whales.

Another interesting thing is a village that's famous for having the longest name of it's railstation which is consist of 58 letters and holds the guiness book record.

According to legend, on the eve of the battle against the saxons, St.David advised the britons to wear leeks in their caps to save a victory. That became a tradition.

New year celebration

To begin with I want to mention that nowadays New Year is celebrating most widely around the world. New Year became so popular and magical.

I mostly like big celebrations like in New York, USA called Times Square ball drop which is a symbolic lowering an orb when the clock's reaches midnight. This event attract thousands of people and became a tradition. The ball is located on the roof of "One Time Square" skyscraper. It reach 143m destination in 60 seconds and then all scyskraper become a huge firework placement.
Furthermore, a cost of advertisement on Times Square can earn few millions of dollars during New Year.

To some up I'd like to say that New Year is the best holiday when our parents could believe in magic.
